A letter from a friend.

This letter was sent to me from my friend and i will to share what he said with you. it's 100% positive.

Hi Oladele,

How powerful are your intentions? Well according to some of the latest research... they are very powerful and can have a significant effect on your life and results when you learn the right process for setting your intentions and connecting with the infinite intelligence that governs all of life.

We are finding scientific evidence beyond a shadow of a doubt that we are in fact creating our own reality and results and that the whole process begins with your conscious and unconscious thoughts.

For years I have been studying and applying the best that science has to offer us and here is a great way for you to apply some of what I have learned to manifest whatever you desire.

Pick a time upon waking and sit quietly with your eyes closed. First begin with a few deep breaths to get centered by inhaling in through your nose and exhaling through your nose 5-10 times. As you do this, release all tension and thought as you relax into an alpha Brain wave frequency. When we are in an awakened day to day state, we are mostly in a slowerbrain wave frequency called BETA. This is not the most conducive to manifesting your intentions. It's conducive to day to day activities and work. The alpha frequency is a fasterbrain wave to send your intension into the quantum field of all possibilities.

If you think of your brain as a radio that can receive and send out signals, when you enter an alpha frequency, you are "switching" stations from receiving to sending mode when you focus on a very clear intention. Alpha can also be accessed to receive messages and thoughts from the quantum field, the part of the universe you cannot see with your eyes. If you've ever been in the shower and a great idea has popped into your brain, chances are you were in an alpha brain wave state.

Ok, so now that you have the first part down, decide in advance what it is your intention. It can be an answer to something you need or a person you want to attract or manifest something like money or a soul mate. Once this choice is made and you are in an alpha state, simply focus on the end result you want and make it as real as possible by imagining that your intention has happened already. While you are imagining, get totally into the emotional feeling that your intention has already occurred and then let it go. This is the part most people have a hard time with because they want immediate evidence that something is happening. The universe will show you evidence when your belief in the universe's power matches your intention. In other words.... You will see it when you believe it, not the other way around. Believe, and the belief will become your reality.

This is a daily ritual that the best manifestors in the world do everyday and It will change your life!

The question ?

As author Joan Boryseynko says, “The question is not whether we will die but how we will live.”

What will they say about you when your life ends? How do you want to be remembered?

My mom and I discussed this question at length when she turned 60 last year. She told me that at 50, she would have answered, “I want people to say, ‘She was kind.’” Now, at age 60, she says, “I want people to say, ‘She taught me to listen to the Spirit of Truth within me.’” All of my mom’s time is spent in helping others who need comfort and support. She is already living in a way that will yield the answer she desires. I am blessed to have a mother like this.

Take time this week to formulate one or two statements that express what you want people to say about you. (Since I’m asking you to do this exercise, I’ll be vulnerable and share mine. I want people to say, ”She fully loved and accepted people for who they are and where they are in life. She helped individuals, communities and nations to understand their power and to reach their full potential.”)

Write your intentions down. Try to sum it up in a few sentences. Don’t forget to consider the question, “ How does my legacy connect with building a better Nigeria?”

Keep your statement of purpose in a place you will see it every day.

Remind yourself constantly of what you intend to create with your life.

Align your thoughts, words and actions with this purpose and you are sure to be remembered as you wish.

Living on purpose with you,

Setting goals

“Goals provide a sense of direction and purpose”
Setting goals is one thing we all do consciously or not consciously, to be on the conscious part this time. Goal Setting involves establishing specific, measurable and time-targeted objectives. Setting goals is a process that allows people to specify then work towards their own objectives - most commonly with financial or career-based goals, how ever most effective goals should be tangible, specific, realistic and have a time targeted for completion. There must be realistic plans to achieve the intended goal.

Take time to read this before you try and write down a whole lot of things..
SMART = GOALS not just goals but with a 100% result…

- S = Specific: A specific goal has a much greater chance of being accomplished than a general goal. To set a specific goal you must answer the six "W" questions:

*Who: Who is involved? *What: What do I want to accomplish? *Where: Identify a location. *When: Establish a time frame. *Which: Identify requirements and constraints. *Why: Specific reasons, purpose or benefits of accomplishing the goal.
EXAMPLE: A general goal would be, "I like to paint my room." But a specific goal would say, "I will paint my room pink."
- M = Measurable: Establish concrete criteria for measuring progress toward the attainment of each goal you set.
- A = Attainable: When you identify goals that are most important to you, you begin to figure out ways you can make them come true. You develop the attitudes, abilities, skills, and financial capacity to reach them. You begin seeing previously overlooked opportunities to bring yourself closer to the achievement of your goals.
You can attain most any goal you set when you plan your steps wisely and establish a time frame that allows you to carry out those steps. Goals that may have seemed far away and out of reach eventually move closer and become attainable, not because your goals shrink, but because you grow and expand to match them. When you list your goals you build your self-image. You see yourself as worthy of these goals, and develop the traits and personality that allow you to possess them.
- R= Realistic: a goal must represent an objective toward which you are both willing and able to work. A goal can be both high and realistic; you are the only one who can decide just how high your goal should be. But be sure that every goal represents substantial progress. A high goal is frequently easier to reach than a low one because a low goal exerts low motivational force. Some of the hardest jobs you ever accomplished actually seem easy simply because they were a labor of love.
- T= Time: With no time frame tied to a goal there's no sense of urgency. If you want to paint your room, when do you want to paint it? "Someday" won't work.
WARNING: if you haven’t done or set a realistic goal once before I will advice you to start with the ones that are of fun…
This is a little goal i work on just in one day…………….."i painted my room money free".
